Audiology Design



The Search Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the Production team’s goal of delivering measurable business results for our clients. This role will perform SEO and SEM support activities throughout the client campaign lifecycle. You must be detail-oriented with a strong understanding of the relevant organic and paid search tactics.

Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Facebook Ads) Job Duties

Provide pre-sales research for paid advertising opportunities and contribute to proposal generation for prospects
Perform landing page setup and ongoing maintenance for Google Ad campaigns Assist with new client onboarding by coordinating with the Account Management team to gain access to client Facebook pages, creation of Facebook Ad Accounts and creation/addition of Facebook pixels to client’s website.
Assist with client monthly reporting.

Search Engine Optimization Job Duties:

Provide pre-sale and post-launch research for Premium SEO opportunities and contribute to proposal generation for prospects.
Provide campaign setup and optimization support for SEO products including but not limited to:
Google My Business listings setup and optimization
ReviewGen profile creation and setup inside review platform and configuring review widgets and review streams on client websites.
Order citation building for client locations targeted for SEO campaigns and ensuring NAP consistency across client’s digital properties.
Project configuration and connections inside SEMRush platform
Execute onsite and offsite strategies for ongoing SEO campaigns including but not limited to:
Blog posting, optimization and sharing to client’s website and social profiles
Ongoing maintenance and optimization of client Google My Business listings
Execute on-page SEO tactics for all Basic website clients ensuring they adhere to Google Quality Guidelines.
Create and optimize account setups on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube for client social media channels
Provide service ticket support for client’s SEO inquiries

Desired Qualities

1-2 years relevant business experience in local SEO and/or paid advertising and marketing
Self-motivated and independent work ethic
Ability to manage multiple, competing tasks at a given time
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Strong desire to learn and stay up to date with the latest SEO/SEM trends and best practices

Technical Requirements

Experience with SEO/SEM platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and SEMRush (Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications strongly preferred)
Experience with WordPress or other CMS
Working knowledge of HTML
Working knowledge of Google My Business listings
Experience with A/B split test ads and landing page testing
Proficient in all Google Suite products

Compensation commensurate with responsibilities and experience
